Most common issues can be resolved quickly using our Help Center. Try searching for keywords like:

  • "update credit card"
  • "adding dimensions" 
  • "connecting Shopify" 

You’ll also see help suggestions in the app when something goes wrong—like a failed credit card purchase or an address issue.
